Hello Varun,
Yes, It is completely legit to pursue two degrees at a time.
How?
One regular from any college/university and other from distance education programmes like IGNOU.
NOTE: The two courses should not be the same. Ex. - If you are doing BCA regular you can do B.Sc from IGNOU without any
