Can I pursue UG after completing 3-year Diploma course?

I opted for the 3-year Diploma course after completing class 10th.

Some universities such as Mumbai university allows Diploma holders in Engineering to seek admission in B.Sc second year in field related to their basic diploma. By the way, Diploma holders in Engineering are eligible to seek lateral entry admission in second year of Engineering graduation degree I.e
