Can I pursue Ug from a degree college in Bangalore as I didn't complete my class 12th? I am 21 years old.

12 or 10+2 or HSC or equivalent to it i.e. Diploma is the basic criterion for an undergraduate degree. If you have no time to complete full-time 12th standard course then you can go for open university or else you can go for Diploma (civil, electrical, nursing, D.Ed, special teacher D.Ed, etc.) this

You need to pass 12th to take a UG and a PG course.
That is the minimum criteria.

No, for any undergraduate course, minimum qualification is an intermediate!

No, you may not. It's necessary to hold a 12 class certificate to enter degree or else you can go with Diploma courses.
