Yes, you can. For e.g. Kalshure takes internal test to assess your capability. However, several German institutes require you to complete 13 years of education which means completing 1st year of Bachelors and then applying for UG studies.

Hi, You need 13 years of education to pursue Bachelor's in Germany so either you take admission in Bachelor's in India and complete first year and join or you also have the option of taking a pathway programme in Germany itself, so you will spend an extra year.
