Can I pursue weekend PGDM course in Apparels & Distance EMBA in Quality course from different institutes simultaneously?is it of weightage?

Hi,I have done Diploma in Garment technology(regular) and BBA (Distance).Have 7yrs exp.Can I pursue weekend PGDM course in Apparels & Distance EMBA in Quality course from different institutes simultaneously?Does it give weightage to my resume? Is it possible to mention both degrees in my resume?
