Can I put answers to the questions with wild guess in MAH-CET exam as there is no negative marking in it?

Hello, If a test includes no negative marking, then it's always better to go for wild & educated guesses. Who knows some of the answer choices might be correct.

Yes, you can put answers, if you definitely do not know the answer, and I will not recommend you. This in negative marking your percentile would go down.
