To join a quality coaching center is the best option. But, if you cannot join, then you can prepare yourself.
1. You can solve previous year questions.
2. Solve MCQ from today itself.
3. Make concepts, pay attention in school and you should learn not to be distracted.
4. Read your NCERT thoroughly, especially biology.
5. Make notes in your own language.
