Can I quit engineering in first semester without paying the whole fees?
I am unable to study engineering.

Hello Asim,
I don't think you can quit without paying the fees. You would have already submitted your original marks card to the college. If you quit now, you might be asked to pay the fees and then collect your original documents.

It depends on the college management. Try talking to them once
