Hey there, Thanks for a2a Yes, you can withdraw your name from engineering without paying the fee. You have to ask your college admission staff to give you back your submitted documents.

Then you should contact the dean of your college and tell them that you are not able to pay the remaining fee of the year due to some financial crisis that's the reason you are quitting engineering and will support your family.
