Can I raise my GPA to 3.2, if my current GPA is 2.0? B. Tech. - 4.0 GPA Scale. 2 sem, w/45 credits. 6 sem w/avg 23 credits to go.

I'm have backlogs and with supplementary examinations my backlogs will be cleared and my CGPA shall be capped at 2.0. I have taken 21 credits in semester 1 and 24 in semester 2, total of 45 credits. I've 8 semesters in all, and w/ 23 avg for next 6 sems. Can I make it to CGPA 3.2, by my final year?
