Can I re-appear in the exam without going through the 1st & 2nd year again?

I passed in all the subjects of B.Com (pass) from SOL, DU except for a subject in the 3rd year.

Dear, You need to check the new guidelines of DU SOL for reappear for 1 subject after many years as they have changed many rules. All the best.
