Can I re do my 12th with biology? I've already done it with PCM a year before. If yes, can I appear in the competitive exams?

Don't waste your year by again starting a new journey with biology. You have lots of option with PCM subjects and go for PCM competitive exam, like JEE Mains etc. I suggest, you don't repeat your year.

So, again prepare for JEE Mains exam instead of going with biology, because biology is too hard this time for you. And, you can get admission with some good private universities like Amity University- Delhi, Manipal University etc. Or, you can go with certification courses.
