Can I re-join TY B.Sc (IT) & without attending college (not staying in Mumbai), can I complete my degree?

I have completed SY B.Sc from Mumbai University distance education in 2011.

    Well Swapna,
    It's difficult to rejoin after a gap of almost 7 years as the maximum duration to complete any UG course is 7 years from the year of commencement of the course. You might have started the course in 2009 so 7 years means maximum by 2016.
