    Hi venkatesh, Yes, you can pursue engineering in lateral entry programme. There are few top institutions like LPU which offer lateral entry into B.Tech CSE based on your B.Sc. CSE. You can study B.Tech CSE after B.Sc. In Computer sciences provided you have 60% and over in your said graduation. LPU is famous for its Industry interface, technology training's and stellar placements. The current passing batch students have been offered the highest package of Rs 42 lacs per annum by Microsoft, in addition to it there are about 600+ companies which are regular campus recruiters.     Yes It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Course. Few of the leading universities that offer this type of lateral entry are : 1. IIT

    The eligibility criteria of this programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.
