As of now the actual rank has been announced so wait for the official date for JAC registration as it is not available now. Visit https://jacdelhi.nic.in for further details and announcements.

No you are not late, July was the usual time period of the jac but due to this pandemic everything is shifted further so jac date will be soon announced on their official website you can stay in touch with the website.
