Can I register in JAC Delhi counselling directly in the second round without applying in the first round?

No. New registration does not open before the 2nd round of JAC Delhi Counselling. Fresh registration for JAC Delhi opens before round 3. After Round-2, a two-day window will be opened for fresh registrations for those candidates who could not register during the first application window. All candidates who registered in the first window will get a chance to modify their Preference of Choices in their respective login. (This is a one-time window, no further fresh application or change in Preference of Choices will be considered after this).
