Can I repeat class 12? I have passed 12th from Maharashtra board, but got less marks to get in IIT college.
I got even a good rank in JEE Advanced.

You may opt for improvement exam of Maharashtra board instead of repeating the 12th for the less marks subjects. The minimum cutoff marks for getting admission in NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs are 75% in 12th for general category.
