Can I repeat JEE after taking admission in BE first year?

I got 56% in boards, 39 in JEE Mains and 47 in MHTCET.

You can appear for JEE after taking admission in first year of engineering. However, you are advised to check policy of college with respect to withdrawal from study after first year. Colleges put heft penalty to discourage students from doing it and also to avoid losing out revenue of seat for
