Can I retake DCET exam, or do I need to go for readmission for lateral entry in the same University?
Then I could not pay fee due to financial hardship and I discontinued in the 3rd year. Now I'm willing to continue my studies. I have completed Diploma in ECE. I have DCET rank of 1980 in the year 2018. I joined an engineering University in the year 2019 via lateral entry under management quota.

The Karnataka DCET examination is conducted for admission to 2nd or 3rd-semester engineering under lateral courses, and its scorecard is valid for only the current year.
