Can I score 50% in JEE Mains and Advanced exam if I only refer to NCERT textbooks?

Yes, of course but NCERT has to be read deeply only then it will fetch you marks. You can just stick to NCERT instead of following other books. NCERT is the best to follow for mains at least but for advance you have to take guidance NCERT will not be enough.
