Yes, you can. There is nothing impossible in this world. But, for self-study you have to be more strategic and manage your time properly. So, first thing collect all the previous year's question papers and their solutions so that you can analyse the pattern. Next, be thorough with the NCERT books and clear your basics and make them rigid. Also, practice a lot of questions from other books so that you can maximize your knowledge of methods for solving problems. Take mocks like practice a whole question paper twice in a week so that you can keep a track on your time management. Deliver a little more than normal and revise as much as poss...more

Yes, you can get a good score, but you need to keep up a hard schedule for preparation. You should keep training yourself with the syllabus required for the JEE entrance examination and create a time table for doing it.
