This is impossible. You need at least 10 months preparation.

Yes, you can do that. Just concentrate on your goals with full loyalty and consult Cengage books for this. Join some tests and assess yourselves regularly. Leave all other things and just concentrate on your career.

If you are clarified with all the concepts of physics, chemistry and mathematics of your class 11th and 12th, then 3 month preparation is enough for you to get good marks. You can go through the last year papers and solve MCQs.

Yes, it is possible if you have studied your class 11th and 12th sincerely. In last 3 month, you can solve previous year IIT questions and practice paper.
