Can I select biology as the optional subject instead of chemistry?

In UPSEE, for B.Tech the compulsory subjects are maths and physics. If I will select biology instead of chemistry then my HSC percentage will increase to 45 which is the required minimum percentage for UPSEE (B.Tech). If I select chemistry then my HSC percentage will not reach 45.

No, you can't select Biology as an optional subject instead chemistry, as Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the important subject of engineering. Engineering is nothing without PCM.
