Can I select PCM+Hindi in top 4 subjects of DU? I got low marks in English as I am from UP board.

    No, you cannot select Hindi instead of English as English is a compulsory subject to add in the best 4 percentage. You can add your best 3 subjects with English and then calculate your best four percentage.
