  • No, candidates are required to submit the form online and keep the pdf of duly filled application form with themselves for future reference. The online application link will be given on this page. Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria can fill out the application form.

    Note that when filling out the form, make sure that you follow the prescribed guidelines. It is because incomplety and incorrectly filled applications will be rejected.
