Can I shift in the 2nd-year of BCA from Amravati University to Pune University?
If I completed my BCA (1st-year) from Amravati University and I want to migrate to Pune University in the 2nd year, will it be possible?

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.
