Can I shift to SRCC if the cut-offs drop this year or can I repeat a year at SRCC if required? I am a 1st-year economics student (DU).
My scores in the 1st & 2nd semester are not good (SGPA ~5). If the cut-offs drop even slightly, I might clear SRCC or St. Stephen's cut-offs this year. Can I withdraw from my current college and take admission in the 1st-year of economics programme at SRCC/Stephen's if I clear this year's cut-off?

Both IPU and DU are public/ government universities and are one of the oldest universities. The infrastructure of colleges affiliated with IPU is comparatively better than that affiliated with DU. The fee is another factor that makes DU a preference among students. In the end, it depends on the students, which university is better for them.
