Can I shift to the CBSE board in 12th in Commerce? I am in 11th in PCB MP board. MP board is not allowing me to make this change.

The general answer to your question is NO; you cannot switch boards after 11th in any stream. The MP board has the policy that students cannot switch between boards in between, and it applies in all the streams.
