Can I show digital copy of the CAT admit card at the exam centre?

<p>No, applicants are not permitted to enter the exam room with a digital copy of their CAT admit card. As directed by the guidelines, it must be printed out. It is required that you bring your CAT admit card to the exam centre. Applicants will not be allowed to take the CAT exam if they do not have the admit card. Prior to the CAT exam day, candidates are required to download their admit cards and print two copies of the same. The exam date, time, slot, location, reporting time, and general rules for behaviour at the exam centre are all listed on each candidate's CAT admit card.</p>

<p>The digital copy of the CAT 2024 admit card will not be accepted at the test centres as a valid document, thus you cannot show it, to gain entry. As per the official guidelines, only the colour print out of the admit card on A4 size sheet will be accepted as valid. Candidates must also affix a passport size photo, preferably the same as uploaded in the CAT application form. &nbsp;</p><p>The examination authority does not accept digital admit card as valid document as it is to be signed and stamped by the test centre staff for proof of candidate&rsquo;s attendance. One copy of the CAT admit card of every candidate is also retained by the authorities, thus the need for the print out.</p>
