Can I sit for second counselling?

I got Raj Kumar Goel college in 1st round in UPTU but wanted Ajay Kumar Garg college so I withdrew the seat.

    no! now you are out of any further round of counselling. you are nit able to attend next counselling.

    I think u should have opt for float .please contact to UPTU helpline No.
