Can I sit in JEE Mains 2017 counselling? What is the procedure to apply?

I scored 58 marks in JEE Mains and got all India rank 213965. I couln't clear JEE cut- off. But, I got 83.8% marks in class 12 exam (CBSE) 2017.

This process is ended last year that your class 12th marks are also counted in JEE marks but from this year onwards only JEE marks required as your score is also less so please try in any other college. And your rank is also so high so that it is impossible closing rank for any college through josaa

Yes, the procedure you mentioned ended last year. This year only JEE Mains rank can fetch you admission in NITs etc. If you belong to reserved category, like OBC, ST, SC, then there is kind of chance for qualifying.

If you're are from general category them I am sorry to say but there is no chance of sitting in JoSSA counselling.
