Can I start my TY B.Com as I have completed FY B.Com?

I have completed my FY B.Com but had 3KTs in sem 3rd and I didn't appear for 4th sem. So, can I appear for TY B.Com with remaining KTs? Please suggest.

Hi, Eligibility: -have passed Final Year B.Com and Second Year B.Com. Things to be submitted during admission: -clearly filled form for Third Year B. Com. -1 passport size photo and 4 stamp size photo Original documents to be brought at the time of verification only fee structure for admission fees
