If I just passed the LPU-NEST and did not get a top rank in it. Will I get any scholarship on the basis of my 10+2 board exam marks? I am expecting around 70-79% in my board exams. Also I am from a north eastern state. Are there any facilities that I might get?

Yes of course if you pass your LPU NEST that means you are eligible for the programme you have selected even if the result does not show any scholarship. You can always score a scholarship on the basis of last scored merit I two academic examinations. -
