Can I still apply to American Film Institute if I don't have a film related bachelor's degree?

Yes its not important for applicants to hold film related degree to apply to AFI. However its still recommended to demonstrate experience relating to discipline of applicant's choice.
You can also apply even if you don't hold bachelor's degree but you will get Certificate of Completion after graduat
