Can I still be able to apply in different Central universities?

In CUET application form, I have selected DU.

If they require a separate entrance exam or have other specific application requirements, then you may need to meet those requirements in order to apply to those universities. I recommend checking the application requirements of each university you are interested in to determine if you are eligible
