LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I LPU has formed a contemporary record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Additionally, other record-breaking placements for LPU includes: the highest Placement (Engineering) Rs. 42 Lacs per annum (Microsoft) the highest Placement Numerous companies like Biocon Pvt Ltd. , Panacea Biotech, Shanta Biotech, Syngene, Piramal Healthcare, Wockhardt Limited, Reddys Laboratories, Bharat Biotech, Himalaya Spring, Nectar Life sciences Pvt Ltd. , Alchemist Pvt Ltd, Transsasia Pvt Ltd, Life-cell International visit LPU for placements. Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs. As per the world ranking 2022 LPU has been ranked 10th amongst top universities of India in engineering subject. The CSE course of LPU has been ranked 9th in computer Science, amongst top universities of India. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Moreover, you have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam conducted by LPU or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in JEE Mains. I am an Alumni of LPU and completed my studies from LPU in 2019. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Dear Naveen, You can get the admission if you fulfil the eligibility criteria of the university which is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST or JEE Mains. Or In case marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPU-NEST or JEE Mains will be exempted and candidates may apply for admission. For more details, you can contact the university. Good luck.
