    You can provided you completed your education from a UGC-DEC recognized institute. Also, admission requirements vary from university to university across the countries. You must therefore decide where to study and look for the good universities offering the program of your choice. You must contact the universities yourself about your distance education degree to know if they will accept you or not, they will guide you with necessary pre-requisites if any.
