    Yes, you can study abroad after Diploma. There are multiple universities who are providing many courses and have tie ups with foreign universities. One of the university that I know is Chandigarh University, having Global tie-ups with more than 306+ colleges in 65 countries. This is an opportunity which allows a student to complete an initial part of degree (1 or 2 years) at Chandigarh University and transfer to Foreign Country and get a complete degree from foreign University.     Hi Ricky,
    Yes, you can apply for another Diploma or a Bachelor degree but not every country or university or college will allow. You must do some research, check college websites, know the entry requirements and move ahead.
