can I study abroad even after dropping 3 yrs after intermediate(12th)? I completed 12th in 2009 with 59.33% .
I'm am pursuing b.tech (E.E.) from uptu but things are not working as I planned and now I want to drop out and do something in which I can excel without getting any setbacks.
