You may try for Diploma in Automobile Engg in New Zealand.

The academic particulars must suit so as to study abroad. You must also be able to support yourself financially for the study.

Yes, you can study abroad. But I would suggest that after XIIth you complete your graduation course in India only and then go abroad for some specialization course. That would help you more in your career.
