Can i study abroad through government? i'm afraid if smthing happen to me who will going to take my resps. bcz i going to abroad on my own?

Hi Vivek, There is no need to worry, as long as you know where you are going. There is security and safety in abroad countries as well. Also, you need to understand or know the basis rules and regulations of the country where you are planning to go. There are forums and blogs as well, where you can find all required information.
