Can I study abroad with 40% in electronics and communication engineering? Can anyone guide me?

Sorry to inform but you should have above 75% in your under graduate degree, (I. e) CGPA 7.5/10, for courses because their is heavy competition out there and you also need to give competitive exam depending on the country you choose. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
