Can i study Architect part-time outside India after i finish my 12th Arts with computer science next year ? And work part time also.??

My name is Abdi Baxter . Currently im pursuing my 12th Arts with Computer Science from an Open School Institute in New Delhi. As i'm very much interested in studying Architect outside India Part-time and have a job part-time to finance my further Studies. Is it Possible ?? please reply me .

yes u can.the best option would be UK .YOU CAN DO PART-TIME JOB AS WELL
