Can I study architecture if I score below 75% marks in 12th and above 250 marks in JEE Mains paper-2 from NITs, CFTIs, SPA?

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in B.Arch and as far as your marks are concerned you may end up with some lower NITs like NIT-Patna and BIT-Mesra. You may get admission in SPA, Bhopal but you will have to wait till last round for this institute.

No, you can't because the cut-off for Mains is 75 percent in 12th class. It doesn't matter how many marks in JEE marks you have, you should have 75 percent in 12th.
