You can do that but why you want to waste your time in doing B.Sc and then B.Tech. Go for B.Tech now only.
You have many reputed universities around like Amity, Lovely, Sharda etc that offer direct admission on the basis of marks in 12th also.
Check their websites for more details.

No you can do BE/ BTECH only after 12th with PCM subject , but you can do MSC or after that Mtech
