Yes definitely you can, both are good courses and have a wide scope ahead. You can pursue any one of them which you like. -
Yes, you can. Both of them are undergraduate degree course and since you have passed class 12, you are clearly eligible for such course. You will have to appear for the entrance exam and score a rank for both of them separately and after you clear the exam you will be called for counselling. Through counselling you will have to fill your college choices and then you will be given admission to any suitable college which is participating in the counselling and accepting admission for students of your rank.
