Can I study B.Tech CSE abroad with 4 LPA fee structure?

Norway, Germany, Netherlands, Australia and Canada are good low budget options but I would advise you to pursue Bachelor's in India and MS abroad.

Hi Nomaan, You can apply for a PG course in Canada/Australia if you have a lower budget, as a Master's degree will be more expensive. Besides, in my opinion, even if you are considering a PG, you should be prepared to spend about 12 lacs or so. You can opt for a student loan option.
