Can I study B.Tech from a good college or not?

I have passed my matriculation with 77% and intermediate with 68.6% in 2017 with Bihar Board. I have no my parents and my economical condition is very bad. There is no source of earning. Sir, please help me. I want to upgrade my level.

Yes, you can. Just have faith in you whole life, and you will achieve whatever you want. Now, I will suggest you to find some low budget college, and allow you to work for your livelihood and earn money for your fee, and also you have to par with the scholarship marks to earn it.
