Can I study B.Tech Lateral Entry Regular mode after complete distance education cell(NCVT Delhi) diploma in electrical.

Dear after completing diploma in technical field in distance mode none of the universities are going to provide you lateral entry in regular mode According to UGC guidelines but it depends upon university criteria also so it will also depend on that thing where you are going to apply.but chances are low -
