    Yes, you can do but distance education would provide you merely a degree. For practical knowledge and industrial exposure, you should go for regular education. The best colleges are: Delhi University, Delhi
    Jamia Millia Islamia, JwaharLal Nehru University, Lovely Professional University Jalandhar
    University of Pune, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra
    Banaras Hindu University
    Anna University.

    Psychology is a practical subject, distance learning will not give you that exposure in the same.

    Yes, you can do via correspondence but I suggest you to do first year from correspondence and two year from college so that your degree is regular. And if it is not possible then you need to check the college or university in which you are interested for pursuing Masters whether they allow correspondence degree mostly institutes do. but if you want to get depth knowledge go for regular degree.
